Resolved: iOS 16 wallpaper reverts to default - is this a known issue?

Is it a known issue that the wallpaper on the lock and home sreen revert back to the default periodically? The phone does not reboot itself, it just goes dark (I have 14PM that should stay on all the time but doesn’t) and when it wakes up it is showing the default wallpaper and Lock Screen instead of the one I had selected and configured with my widgets.

Did you create any type of focus wallpaper? There is a bug that causes the wallpaper to switch back to the original one you were using if you have any type of focus wallpaper chosen, even if you delete the focus mode or turn it off.
