(Resolved) My default font changed

I was installing some new fonts for Photoshop and this message popped up. I sort of ignored it and pressed a button that said "Resolve Automatically" now my translucent bar when I use applications (like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Font Book, etc) has a different, thinner font than before. And on some websites (such as Facebook) the font has been changed as well. How do I change it back to it's original font?

EDIT: Never mind! It's been resolved!
