Resolved: I just had to turn both phones off and back on. It's working seamlessly now. It does take several seconds when switching from iPad to a call coming in on iPhone, but it works.
I have two iPhones (work and personal). I paired one by flipping the lid open. I pair the there by flipping the lid open and pressing the pair button. I thought that would cause them to both be connected and I could toggle between them for music or calls seamlessly.
Here's what's happening instead:
1) Take a call on iPhone A, iPhone B disconnects from air pods
2) Call comes on on iPhone B, I have reconnect in the bluetooth menu to use the air pods for the call
Is this how it should be or have I own something wrong?
