Resources for Mac noob

I'm a windows power user and I bought a Mac recently more out of curiosity than anything else and to learn something new. I would like to become a MacOS power user as well and I was wondering what resources I could access for free online (also a Lynda.com member) that would help me become a power user and learn all the ins and outs of the operating system. Really appreciate anybody who can point me in the right direction.

There is a book titled "Switching to the Mac" they update it for each release. I found this extremely helpful when I switched to Mac OSx. It does not seem to have a version for Sierra yet. Author is David Pogue. Also it helps to know a bit about Unix (any version)
