We've recently release another personal safety app ResQme

The idea of the app is (if need be), is you could use it when you're walking home from school or university, taking your morning jog, or walking back home after work or a night out on the town - use it just about anywhere where you might feel unsafe.
Once you entered in your details, you use the app by pressing and holding down your finger on the large finger-print button until the danger or threat has passed and you feel safe. Then release the finger-print button and enter your unique 4 digit pin within 10 seconds.
If your pin number is not entered or entered incorrectly, ResQme will automatically dial your preset emergency contact number where you will be discreetly alerting them of the threat.
As the emergency contact number for Police varies between countries, you'll need to confirm the number in your given state or territory. Alternatively, you can use the contact number of a parent, friend or partner as your emergency contact.
The app was produced in Australia and it's release coincides with Missing Persons Week - The first week in August each year.
