Resrore after 1.1.3 downgrade?

Quick question, when i get my new ipod touch i know it will be 1.1.3 and i know how to revert it back to 1.1.1. My question is if i downgrade it back to 1.1.1 and then just resore it normaly will it go back to 1.1.3 or stay 1.1.1?
