Hi,
As the title says, until now I have been able to restart in Bootcamp by holding down the Alt key during the restart, now it has stopped working - the restart takes a few moments longer but then it restarts straight into Snow Leopard.

If I Shut Down fully, then start up and hold down the Alt key, I get the two Hard Drive icons to choose from, no problem, just like normal.
Seemed to happen after the 10.6.8 update
Anyone got a thought on what could cause this?

Are you waiting until the boot chime sounds to press and hold the option key on restarts? I had similar experiences in the past when inadvertently pressing and holding option before the chime.

Now I just use the awesome Bootchamp app whenever I need to restart into Bootcamp and don't bother with the option key at all. ;)

I have tried every combination of before/during/after, and none make a difference. And it doesn't seems to matter when if do it from a cold start:confused:

Thanks for the app tip - I will try it out!
