I have a Macbook with OS X version 10.5.2

After being prompted to restart my computer while doing software updates, it brought me to a screen telling me to restart my computer. Every time I restart it, it takes me back to this screen, I can't get it to boot!

Does it say anything else? Anything to indicate a problem?

Also does it do this before the OS loads, or does it load and pop up with a window?

If it won't load the OS for some reason, hold Command+V while it boots, this should go to a screen that displays the boot processes, and it may show you what error is occurring

Also, try booting up into Safe mode by holding down the shift key after you hear the startup/post "bong" until you see the spinning wheel appear and see if it will boot up in that mode.
