So i recently updated my iphone 4s to the latest iOS, 5.1.1. When the phone had finished restarting and such i found a photo which had previously been deleted to have reappeared in my camera roll. When i try to edit the photo my phone restarts. Anyone else experience this problem? Its a pretty easy fix i guess; i can just delete the photo, but it seems like such a unique issue that i really want to figure out.

I've had this problem on my iPad and my friend has had it on his iPhone.
I fixed it but I can't remember how.
It was a couple of months ago.
Some sort of glitch that seems to cause the springboard to crash and the device then has to respring. It's odd because this is the first time I've ever seen a springboard crash on a non-jail broken device. Apple normally seems very good in that iOS is very stable.
Try a full reboot, and if that doesn't work you'll have to delete the photo.
