iPod touch Restarting Springboard

Is their a tweak that can make respring times faster? I was wonder because on my iphone 5 it's takes about 7-8 seconds to respring and on my iPod touch 5g it takes about 20-25 seconds and I get a little frustrated waiting. Lol.
