That's nice, but you should really try to come up with an original idea for an app that actually adds value or does something unique.
As it is - your app offers zero value over what can be done with built in Maps.

LOL. What "search engine"? The app is just a wrapper around Maps app. Complete waste of time.
I can understand how a more advanced iOS user would not see the value in this app, but I could see the value in it for someone like my mom. Try explaining to a noob how to open the maps app and type in a restaurant search vs. the one tap of this app. I can see some value in it. Not something I would use, but others might.
Not quite.
Me: Mom just open the Maps app and type restaurant in the search bar
Mom: where is the search bar
Me: the blank spot at the top right where you type things in
Mom: okay... it says Whistler, BC, Canada there, what do I do
Me: just tap on that text and enter restaurant
Mom: okay... I did that and now it has this list below with other places somebody searched
Me: okay Mom... just tap the little X to the right of the search bar and that will go away
Mom: okay... I did that... now what do I do
Me: now type restaurant in that blank space
Mom: okay I did that and it did not do anything
Me: you need to hit search now for it to perform the search
Mom: where is that
Me: right side of the keyboard
Mom: ohhh.... that worked... wait now it shows restaurants in Whistler BC... how do I show restaurants by my house
You get the idea? What is easy for you and me is not so clear and easy to a noob.
