RESTer Mac app availability?

I was about to buy this app because I wanted to learn more about the new WordPress API and this app could maybe help me with that.

But for some reason the link in the Mac App Store is broken. It says, this app is not available in your country.

It was for sale a few days ago.. Is it only down for my country or is it also broken in the USA?

There is a simple, free, extension for Chrome that does a pretty good job of letting you test REST API's:
