iPod touch Restore a tethered jailbroken iPod running ios 5.1

I have a iPod that I jailbroke with RedSn0w, it was a tethered jailbreak, and now I want to restore it but when I connect it to Itunes it tells me that it is unable to restore.
Somebody please help me!

Open cydia and click TSS center, what iOS SHSH blobs does it say you have?

Restoring iOS is harder than reinstalling any other iOS (assuming you aren't trying to restore to the latest one)
