Hello everyone. My iPhone 5S was jailbroken with Pangu, on IOS 8.* This was my old iPhone so I was going to sell it, so I tried to reset through the 'Settings' (I now know this was a mistake) and now the phone is stuck at the Apple Logo when trying to turn it on. I also can't enter DFU mode because it is a old iPhone, and is no longer working with my Itunes. I'm willing to pay for help. Thanks.

I believe it's not picking up because my previous iPhone was "Daniel's iPhone" and my new iPhone replaced it. But as far as hardware issues went, no. I receive no popup when my phone is connected, iTunes is open, and iPhone is in DFU mode.

No.
That has nothing to do with it or the other thing you said about being an old iPhone.
No matter what iPhone or idevice you had before iTunes is supposed to recognize it.
Try another computer with the latest iTunes installed. Try another usb port and a new usb wire.
If still doesn't get detected you have a hardware issue with that phone.
