Restore Causing Havoc

Hey folks,

I am on a jailbroken 3GS and need assistance. For some reason my I happen to lose the settings for Safari, Email, etc... when I install a theme or what have you through Winterboard. A usual restore fixes this. Well tonight I tried to restore but now not only will the settings not reappear but my custom icons will not either. To make matters even worse I am unable to turn off "location services" without it going back to "on" after a refresh. Any assistance would be appreciated.

i had a similar issue...

honestly what you can do is this(what i did)

1st back up your contacts and calendar with outlook

2nd write down or snapshot all your sources and packages in cydia or icy

3rd hard rest your phone and with itunes set it up as new phone. now manually re-install everything. yes i know this is tedious but what i had to do when back up kept knocking out my visual voicemail and no one here could help.
