I am US based, and have T-Mobile’s monthly 10GB plan on my LTE enabled iPad Pro. Over the holidays, someone (kids perhaps) tried to unlock my iPad with incorrect Passcodes multiple times and the iPad erased itself. Now I am able to get back into my iPad after the erase, but my T-Mobile plan is no longer visible in the Settings > Cellular Data section. Is it possible to restore my previous data plan or do I need to call T-Mobile and cancel the old plan and sign up for a new plan? Any ideas? Wondering if anyone has run into this issue before?
