Restore deleted printer or printer 'settings' no time machine

Deleted a printer with highly specific configured printer setting done by a xerox engineer, now the printer has been deleted the setting are gone, is there a way to get the settings back? i can't use time machine since it was not activated on the machine or is there a way i can restore the printer it's self?

any help would be greatly appreciated as a i am stumped

Not really, other than contacting the engineer, you may be able to get more help if you know what these settings were designed to do...paper size / type and type of print job you were doing?
