restore error 37

hello, i have iphone 4 and ijust wanted to go from 4.3.5 to 4.3.1 i had shsh blobs saved so i manually attached it to the firmware via redsn0w and restored in pwned dfu mode and it gave error 37, after that phone is in dfu mode, no charging no turning on, any help? thanks
