Yesterday, I turn on my 1 month and a half old MacBook pro m1 pro 14" and the Exclamation mark error appeared with the mac's support url. I can not do anything without another Mac so the MacBook is on the repair center. I hope they do not delete all the information that I have in it. Any similar situation?

Won't hurt to ask them if they can save your data, before they do the repair.

Good to do backups, of course.

I asked them, but they do not know.
I didn't expect to need to do a backup so early in a new laptop of 2000€

You should have regular backups. Daily or even hourly depending on how critical it is.

Electronics actually tend to fail early in their life rather than later. So if you’re going to base need or backups on how new a device is. I’d suggest that you’re more likely to need to back up on a new machine than an old one.
