Restore From Backup + Authentification

hi,

i had to restore my iPhone and now i am trying to restore my apple watch from a backup but its telling me i need a specific password for iMessage and when i click to make one it takes me to the apple website but there is no way to enter the password on the apple watch app??? and i cant skip that step either
