Restore from backup time?

I chose to restore from backup, and I've been staring at the 'Synching <phoneName>' for about 50 minutes now, with no data being pushed. I did NOT upgrade my old phone to 3.0 (in case I wanted to unlock it).

Unusual? I'd hate to yank it now if it's almost done, but I'm about ready to yank it and create a new profile...
