Restore from iCloud backup: Live Photos now video?!

I smashed my iPhone screen yesterday, and today I had it swapped at the Apple Store. They reset my phone, and I opted for a restore from iCloud....

But, all of my Live Photos now show up as videos? Is there a way to fix this???
