Restore from iCloud backup - photos not coming at all!

Hi guys,

So restoring my new 8+ from an iCloud backup, started earlier today at about 4pm, it’s now gone 7pm and no photos are on the phone at all...

Any idea what might have gone wrong or how to resolve it?

Oh it turns out I’m just a moron, the battery was too low so plugged it in and the photos started appearing.....
