Restore from iCloud backup

Had to get a new 4s today, due to cracking the screen thanks to the awesome all glass design...

I go to settings>iCloud>storage and backup>manage storage>'my' iphone...

Shows the latest backup...which actually is a few days old, one I did today isn't showing but whatever...better than nothing....but there is no option to restore it....

When u set it up as a new phone it should be there?

I rushed through that part, didn't see it. Restarted the process....when I go to backup from iCloud, it says there are no backups available (on the phone), although on my iCloud control panel (windows 7) it clearly shows a backup from 9 June 2012. Pretty awesome

No one else has had this problem or know how to make my phone see that the backup is indeed available??
