Just did a restore from iOS 13 to 13.1 on my iPhone 11 Pro hoping it might fix the range of glitches that I've experienced since first setting up the phone last Friday. So far the following improvements have occurred (I know they aren't on the list of upgrades, but merely things that now work better):
1. Screen registering input more accurately. On initial iOS 13, my presses to toggle settings, select photos, and other things often didn't register properly. I frequently had to press in a very specific location, such as lower half of photo to select it, to get it to register. On 13.1, it works very smoothly and touch input is registered properly.
2. Face ID on iOS 13 only worked if phone was directly in front of my face and not on any angle as was advertised as a new feature by Apple. On 13.1, I can now have phone up to about 45 degree angle from my face and it unlocks the phone.
I've found a restore is often cleansing for my iPhone when it starts getting glitchy. A digital enema, if you will 🧐. Did you upgrade or restore from 13 to 13.1 and did it correct any glitches or issues beyond what was advertised as a known feature of the update?
