Hi,

I have jailbroken my iphone 4 and now I want to restore it to iOS 5.0.1. The problem is that iTunes only accepts the most current FW for a restore (even when upgrading). Is there any chance now to restore to iOS 5.0.1.?

Also I have an iPhone 4S with FW 5.0 and I want to upgrade to FW 5.0.1.

Would be great if someone could help me

You can do what you want with the iphone 4, but not with the 4s.

You'll need an shsh and apticket for the firmware you want to restore on the 4. And no, it's too late to get those two items if you don't already have them.
