Restore from time capsule issue

So I am trying to do a complete a restore on my 15" MBP and after completing the restore and restarting I just get a screen in several languages that says I must turn off the computer and restart. I have tried a few times with the same results. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I have read other people having issues with this but mostly on hackintoshs. Please help
