After installing MAC OS 10.6 i decided to turn on in System Preferences the time machine modus...I thought that should be done to access to the time machine menu and to drag all the old files that I backed up before the refreshing of the system. But what happened is, that time machine did a NEW back up and now when I'm entering time machine i can't see the old files...but only the new one...
Evene if i go to migration assistant and choose my time machine for backup and restore it happens that i freezes at the beginning...after putting in my time capsule password it says "connecting" and that's all...

The thing is that i doubt that my old files are gone, because the size of the sparsebundle file in time capsule is about 450 gb. But i don't know how to pick out the files right now...

PLease could anybody help me? i have all my files in there...pics and music...
