Restore from Ziphone for todays hopeful 2.0

Hey gang. I used Ziphone to Jailbreak/Unlock my phone. But I want to restore it back to normal to ensure safe upgrading. If I use itunes, and Option-Restore to put 1.1.4 back on it, does that reset EVERYTHING? or do I need to do something to get the bootloader back? I'm unsure if itunes will fix that as well.

Edit. I should mention I used ZiPhone 3.0 and am still on ATT if that matters.

Will restoring 1.1.4 while in DFU mode going to reset back to complete normal. Just not sure about the bootloader thing.

Help is appreciated. Thx
