iPod touch Restore iOS 3 apps for iPod Touch that were replaced by IOS4 apps for iPad?

I have an iPod touch that's running v3.1.3 ... I made the mistake of linking my wife iPad to the same computer, and now my iTunes no longer has the Facebook 3.1.3 app ... It has the version for IOS4.

Any suggestions for how I can reacquire IOS3.1.3 apps ?

Would it not be in your trash? or in the iTunes folder?
