Recently my iPhone 4S has been acting up (marking songs twice on music), and just generally being buggy (two days ago these sort of incidents ignited a BUG Fire on my 4S). So I had a question, is there any way to restore my iPhone 4S, and keep my 5.0.1 Firmware instead of being forced to upgrade to the yet-to-be jailbroken 5.1? I'm still on 5.0.1, so I could save any necessary SHSH, etc.

Any help would be welcome.

Note -
(It's not a Cydia packet or tweak that caused the problems. I turned iTunes Match off, but my iPhone still shows it on; the iPhone insists that I have 1,700+ tracks on my iPhone, when I only have 900.

You can only restore an iPhone 4S to 5.1 or whatever the currently signed iOS version is.

That's what I thought. Oh well. :(...
I deleted all my music & re-sync-ed, I'll post an update :)

That would have been my first suggestion.... hoping it fixes your problem. Check your actual iTunes media folder too on your computer... you might actually have duplicates!
