Restore iPhone 4S with iOS 7.12 ?

I can't remember my Restrictions Passcode and looks like i need to
do a DFU Restore, but i currently have iOS 7.12 and do not want
to upgrade to iOS 8, because i only have an iPhone 4s..... ?

Is there anyway to restore with upgrading to iOS 8.12 ?????

No, you can only restore to 8.1.2.

Since Apple stopped signing iOS 7 it's no longer possible to install it on compatible devices via iTunes. Luckily iOS 8.1.2 does perform better on older devices than previous versions of iOS 8.
