Restore iPhone Contacts from SQL backup?

Ok so I backed up my phone using Iphone Backup Extractor here and I need to restore a backup but it's coded in SQL. Anyone know a free person to turn the sql database into a .csv file?

Currently my backup looks similar to this:
AddressBook.sqlitedb 31bb7ba8914766d4ba40d6dfb6113c8b614be442


Please help. I need to retrieve my contacts from an older backup.
