Restore iPhone with SHSH Blobs

Hi! I have a Jailbroken iPhone 4 and I'm using 4.0.1. I would like to restore my iPhone without upgrading to 4.0.2. Cydia says that I have SHSH blobs saved for 4.0, 4.0.1, and even 4.0.2 even though I haven't upgraded to 4.0.2... How would I restore my iPhone to 4.0.1 so I can jailbreak my phone if I ever change my mind.
