Restore iPhoto, iTunes, and iWeb?

I reinstalled OSX 10.6. I backed up EVERYTHING on my external HDD using Time Machine. I used the Migration Assistant to transfer over my documents and applications.

However, I would like to have my iPhoto library, iTunes play counts, and iWeb files back the way they were.

HOW DO I DO THAT?

Any help is strongly appreciated.
