Here's the scoop. Just got a new MacBook and iPhone was previously synced to another Mac. I figured the way to transfer over would be to encrypt a backup and restore, thus when appearing at the setup screen, I would choose, restore from old backup. Well here's the problem. About halfway into restoring from the old backup, I get this message, "iTunes couldn't restore iPhone "iPhone" because the iPhone disconnected" or something along those lines. I've tried this four times already and now I just have an empty iPhone. This bugs me out cause a lot of stuff was on there. To think of it, iTunes 9 is seriously buggy. I've been running into problems with setting grid artwork and properly getting album work. But back on track, does anyone know the problem?
