iPad Restore Jailbroken iPad2?

Im so useless at all this. So, I jailbroke my iPad2 on 5.1.1 ages ago. Its just causing me so much hassle that I want to go back to normal. I want to restore it to its factory settings. (everything is backed up to iCloud)
I hear about these blobs but dont know what that means.
Also, if it helps, Im using iTunes 10.6. Am using an old MacBook and am unable to upgrade.
Any help please!!

If you are just looking to go back to stock OS then just hook it up to iTunes and click Restore. It will restore to 6.1. If you decide to re-jailbreak, you can do so with evasi0n that came out on Monday.

If you are looking to go back to stock 5.1.1 then unless you have your SHSH blob saved, it won't be possible.

I tried restoring from iTunes and it said that it was eligable for the requested build.

Also, how do I know if SHSH blob has been saved or not?
