Restore jailbroken through icloud - firmware forced to update?

I've searched and could not find this specific issue.

I have an iPhone 4 untethered and jailbroken. The phone is slow as **** and I need to restore. I've restored before through iCloud without any issues. However, now that 5.1 is out, I'm concerned that I may be forced onto 5.1 when iCloud restores.

If I perform an iCloud restore, will I be forced onto iOS 5.1 or will I remain on 5.0.1?

You will need to restore to 5.1 but you can downgrade to 5.0.1 if you have the blobs saved or you can jailbreak tethered.

Before you do any of that, I suggest uninstalling packages that you recently installed through Cydia and see if that helps.
