Restore key defaults

I did something weird to my macbook pro. The right arrow key when pressed makes the display brighter (like the f2 key) And the f2 key still makes the brightness better. Basically there's two keys on my keyboard that makes the brightness brighter and I want to restore my keyboard to it's default. Anyone got any ideas?

System Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts > Restore Defaults

Didn't work and I restored defaults on all options.

Any other suggestions?

Anyone have another fix, at login the right arrow doesn't effect the brightness and on guest mode, the right arrow doesn't affect the brightness
