Restore link to Home Dir on separate HD?

I've just had to do a fresh restore of 10.5 due to a HD failure. Everything is back up and working.

I was setup so that my Home Directory was on a separate HD (turned out to be a lifesaver!!). How do I now point my restored OS to use the Home folder on the other HD?
