Restore new phone

I think I'm about to pick up a new iPhone 7. I just connected my old 5s to iTunes and did a backup to the computer, not iCloud. Once I get my new phone, I should be able to connect it to iTunes and restore all my old stuff like pics, contacts, etc..


Correct or not? If not then what?

Correct or not? If not then what?

Correct. Just back up your old phone and plug your new one in during setup. It'll give you the option to restore it from your backup.
