Restore of ios7 GM

I downloaded the ios7 GM. I don't have a dev acct so can I do a clean install of ios7 GM or will I have to do the Update deal to put it on?

You'll probably find your answer in one of quite a few threads dealing with the same things (hint: you mainly might need iTunes 11.1, and maybe not even that, depending on your backup/sync needs).

Yes, you can restore without being a developer, but you'll likely need the iTunes 11.1 beta to do so.
