Restore (old iTunes backup on time machine) an app's database for a new synced iPhone

I've a new iPhone and have synced it with iTunes (i've no restored my old synced iTunes data from old iPhone).
Now i see that i need ONLY a database of an app i'd on my old (sold) iPhone.
There's a way to 'grab' from my Time Machine old backup ONLY that database and install on my iPhone ?
