I successfully jailbroke my iphone 4, but cannot use facetime or MMS, since the first release of jailbreakme.com had these bugs.Since, I ve added IphoneDelivery through Cydia, but still no MMS.As I see it, my only choice is to re-jailbreak after a restore using ios 4.0.My question is will a reset accomplish the same goal, but leaving the IOS 4.0 intact?

Have you upgraded Cydia? The major cydia upgrade should have fixed it. If not, restore (if your blobs are on file).

No need to restore. You have likely restored from a backup from before Cydia updated so you've reset the permissions of MMS and Facetime. Do this:

Cydia - Manage - Packages - (make sure you are in expert mode, not simple) - Tap on Base Structure and then hit modify in the top right hand corner. Tap Reinstall and let it fix itself. Once you've finished, reboot and you should be fine.
