restore purchase from iOS to Andriod?

A co-worker purchased the MLB AT BAT app on her iPhone. She now has an S3 and can't figure out a way to restore the purchase to her S3? It was purchased with her iTunes account and it's asking for her MLB.tv login which doesn't match since it was done with the iTunes account and won't read that account though it's the same email address? any help on this?

You can't. She has to buy the Android version.

Its like buying MS Office for windows then getting a Mac, you need to buy the OSX version.

You think $20 is bad? I like those Pinball games (Zen Pinball, Pinball Arcade, etc). I have to buy the same tables over and over again on iOS, Android, Mac OS X, and PS3.
