I am thinking of doing a clean install of Lion..... I have an external drive with Time Machine. How can I restore just my Bookmarks in Safari?

First off, I changed your thread title since It had little info on exactly what you are asking. Please use more descriptive titles in the future.

From Time Machine, I believe the files are in ~/Library/Safari and you need to restore Bookmarks.plist .

An other option is to sync your bookmarks to an iOS device, and use that to restore them back, that is if you still have access to your system.

Probably the easiest way to do this is go the the File menu in Safari and export your bookmarks and save that file somewhere (email it to yourself). Then in the new install go to the same menu and import that bookmark file.
