Hey gang,

So in an effort to try to fix the awful GPS issues I've been having on my iPhone 6 128GB, I signed up for the beta program. Here are the steps I followed.
  1. Made a backup to my Mac (and certain files to iCloud, as well) of my phone with iOS 10.1 installed.
  2. Downloaded and installed iOS 10.2 public beta 1
  3. I received several texts, took pictures, etc.. with my phone with this iOS version on my phone
  4. I then synced my phone with iTunes and imported all the pics/videos onto my Mac.
  5. I did NOT do a full backup with iTunes.
  6. Since this Beta did not fix anything, I restored my phone to factory, and then updated back to the latest iOS 10.1.1 and also restored from the backup I had made with 10.1.
  7. So basically my phone is missing any texts, videos, or pics that I had while the beta software was installed. However, because my Mac keeps a history of the texts in it's Messages app, I DO have all of that info on my Mac.
My question is, is there a way to "restore" all of the texts that are in the Messages app on my Mac, and move certain pics and videos back to my phone? I don't mind if it requires third party software, but I would think this would be something reasonably easy to do since I have all the info on my Mac already.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Regards,
Jeff
