Restore Time Machine Files After Clean Install of Catalina

Is it possible to restore specific files from a Time Machine backup after having a clean install of Catalina?
I currently have a clean install and I want to keep the clean install and only restore photos and certain files.
Can anyone help me out with this?

How to restore individual files from a Time Machine backup

You don't have to restore all of your files when using Apple's Time Machine app. You can restore individual files too.
