So I'm not sure how to do this or if it's even possible.
I'm currently on 9.1 public beta and am happy with it. The problem is with 9.0 being released my carrier released a new carrier settings file. The problem is this new version is 21.1 and with 9.1, it says I currently have 21.5 installed. I've tried downloading it manually and using iTunes to update it (using "carrier testing" mode) with no such luck.
If I restore my iPhone and install 9.0 that will work fine, except I won't be able to restore my backed up data to an earlier version. Is it somehow possible to restore the phone back to 9.0, install the beta profile, update to 9.1, and then install my backup data?
