Ive started to restart me mb to factory but after starting the process, the screen has been stuck on the blue screen identical to the start up process. It's been like this for an hour. Is this supposed to happen?? Before I remember a graphic explaining how far the install is in the restart process.
Should I be freaking out or is this normal???
